Eggnog is a classic drink around the holidays. It puts you in just the right festive spirit! My grandpa used to make us the best eggnog ever. But it’s one of those things that makes you feel a little bleh. It’s so heavy and doesn’t have much nutritional value. I wanted to make eggnog, but with a healthy adaption. I used Premier Protein’s Vanilla Shake to do the trick!
So here’s what you’ll need…
Rum extract (this is a biggy for that eggnog flavor)

2 cups of ice
Premier Protein Shake
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
- Pour and top with whipped cream and cinnamon! Enjoy!
