SO QUESTION. Do you prefer waffles or pancakes? I recently saw a tweet that said “waffles are pancakes with abs” and I realized, I guess I prefer a dad-bod when it comes to my breakfast. 🙂 But in all seriousness, I usually will be quick to take a pancake over a waffle but these waffles are legit. It has made me appreciate waffles more than ever, and I think it will now become a staple breakfast.
So here’s what you’ll need.
Oats
Vanilla Protein Powder
Peppermint Extract
1 egg
1 cup of milk
Peppermint Chocolate Waffles

1 cup of oats
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 egg
1 cup of any milk
Toppings (I used cocoa powder mixed with almond butter, whipped cream, and bananas.)
Directions
- Add your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a greased waffle iron on medium-high heat.
- Serve with toppings and enjoy!
